How Hepa filters work:
HEPA filters are composed of a mat of randomly arranged fibers. The fibers are typically composed of fiberglass and possess diameters between 0.5 and 2.0 micrometers. As a result, its filter system can trap a large number of particles which are not trapped by a regular vacuum cleaner.
HEPA filters can filter almost all dust particles from the air that are as small as 0.3mm in diameter. They are particularly useful in aseptic control in pharmaceutical manufacturing or minimizing the bacteria growth in food processing. In semiconductor industry, HEPA filters can remove these particles so that the preciseness of the products is enhanced.
